Winemaking Notes
The home ranch on the western side of High Valley has been known as High Serenity Ranch for over one hundred years. The vineyards are comprised of gravelly loams, and are some of the coolest growing conditions in High Valley. Our cool growing conditions on the valley floor allow for longer grape hang-times enhancing flavor development and better acid retention in the juice and finished wine.
Tasting Notes
Serenity is our propietary blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Gewurztraminer and Semillon. This vintage displays forward aromas of red delicious apples, peach and fruit cocktail that continue as flavors on the palate, along with pronounced mandarin orange perfumes. The soft, round mouthfeel, along with a touch of sweetness, is perfectly balanced with the acidity to deliver a palate cleansing freshness.
